2016 Scholarship Program
The Delta Education and Public Service Foundation is pleased to announce its 2016 scholarship program. We will award 3 scholarships in the amount of $1000.00 each to African American graduating high school students who reside in Prince William County, the city of Manassas, or the city of Manassas Park. Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 and plan to attend an accredited two-year or a four-year educational institution to apply. Please refer to the enclosed instructions and application for additional information.
Completed application packets must be postmarked no later than May 15, 2016 and mailed to:

Delta Foundation Purpose & Mission Statement
Founded September 8, 1999, the Foundation was established by the Prince William County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. The Foundation, an independent 501(c)(3) public service organization, is staffed by volunteers and supported by contributions from corporations, government agencies, and the general public. The affairs of the Foundation are managed by the Board of Directors who are members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. The Foundation strives to improve conditions related to poverty and illiteracy; advocate educational advancement and high academic achievement; promote good health; and encourage social welfare and cultural achievements.
The mission of the Delta Education and Public Service Foundation is to enrich the lives of youth who reside in Prince William County, Manassas, and Manassas Park. The Foundation’s mission is accomplished through its programs focusing on:
